太平山青年商會(本會)遵守《個人資料(私人)條例》(條列)中所列的規定，以保障資料當事人的利益，包括確保儲存的個人資料準確無誤並妥善地儲存。在閣下申請參加 The Peak-職場青年領袖培訓及嘉許計劃2018 (The Peak)時，閣下會被要求向我們提供個人資料，例如姓名、電話、電郵地址。我們有必要收集閣下之資料，以便與閣下聯絡並提供 The Peak 的資訊及活動。倘若閣下未能提供所需資料，我們將不能向閣下提供 The Peak 之資訊及活動。我們所收集之資料將用作以下用途：

1. 收集資料以核實身份及記錄、登記活動、安排活動、發出繳費通知等有關安排用途

2. 就與閣下申請及參加 The Peak 有關之行政通知及通訊而聯絡閣下

3. 以電話、手機短訊、郵寄或電郵等向閣下提供各項活動資訊等（閣下可以隨時要求協會停止使用閣下所提供的個人資料作上述用途及更新個人資料，請電郵到: thepeak@jcitps.org.hk。）
